How are prices set?
Each creator has an all-in price range per format, set from the campaigns we have already run with that creator: the creator fee and Zorka management are inside, and nothing is added at checkout. After you order, we confirm the exact price with the creator. Anything inside the range is pre-approved by you; if a creator asks for more, you decide within 5 days: accept, drop the slot or take a replacement.
What happens after I order?
Your campaign goes into review. Our manager confirms the launch window with every creator within 3 business days. Once every creator has confirmed, you get the invoice for the confirmed slots, and you follow every step on your campaign page.
What if a creator cannot make my launch window?
You decide, not us: another date with the same creator, a similar creator at the same price level, or dropping that slot. Nothing is invoiced until every slot is settled, so there is nothing to refund.
Can I get a proper invoice with my VAT ID?
Yes. You enter your legal name, registration number, VAT ID and PO number at checkout. The invoice goes to your billing email once every creator has confirmed, in USD, payable by bank transfer within 7 days.
What does an integration include?
A 60–90 sec native integration in a regular video, a draft at least 5 business days before launch, 2 rounds of changes, a view estimate from our past campaigns with the creator, with actual views tracked for 30 days, the video staying live for 6 months, and a 30-day non-compete.
Which platforms and regions?
YouTube long-form, creators with predominantly US audiences. That is where our track record is deepest. Other platforms come later.
Do I have to talk to anyone before booking?
No. You can browse, build and order without a call. After the order a manager handles the creators, and you can always reach us at info@zorka.agency.
